A kingdom of priests & a holy nation – Vayikra
The Book of Vayikra really has two parts, the first (up to chapter 17) dealing with the priesthood and the offerings, the second (from chapter 18) setting out a holiness code covering obedience to God in daily life.
Through this division we see the two aspects of our Biblically-ordained role (Ex. 19:6), to be “a kingdom of priests and a holy nation”.
