Q. May a man who has not been circumcised be married in a synagogue?
A. If the parents of the man neglected of refused to have him circumcised in infancy, he has a personal obligation to become circumcised when he is old enough to decide for himself.
Being uncircumcised does not in itself prevent a marriage in synagogue, but if the situation is known to the rabbi he must strongly counsel the man to have a b’rit milah.
